Hello Farewell Foundation members and supporters,

Many of you have inquired about the BBC broadcast of “Choosing to Die,”
which was broadcast in the UK on June 13, 2011. The documentary features 
author Sir Terry Pratchett who was diagnosed with Alzheimer’s in 2008.
Pratchett accompanies 71 year old ALS patient Peter Smedley to Dignitas
in Switzerland.
