[Right_to_die] Cote's 2011 title for billboard

Perhaps Richard Cote's title of his upcoming book could be adapted for a
more acceptable billboard sign for public.  Such as "Search for gentle
death. Contact Final Exit Network."

"Your rights for gentle death. Final Exit Network."

I'm not opposed to present wording of the billboards but can understand why
some folks object.  It is good for us to get out in the public view and with
more information if possible.
